About LNJP Eye Hospital

Founded in 2005 with support from SightSavers India, LNJP Eye Hospital operates with the mission of making quality eye care accessible to all. Our hospitals provide preventive, diagnostic, medical, and surgical eye care services, ensuring that no one suffers from avoidable blindness due to a lack of resources.

Our Achievements

  • 19 years in the field of eye health care
  • 4 modern eye hospitals with a total of 290 beds
  • Target population: 20 million, with about 50% from tribal and backward communities
  • Outreach screening camps and door-to-door teams reaching remote villages
  • Annually restore/protect eyesight of over 200,000 people (OPD) and 30,000 ( surgeries), with 70% free services
  • Established a Diploma Ophthalmic Paramedical Institute to train eye health professionals
